It has been cross pollinated with the Yellow Raspberry making the Golden Raspberry the sweetest raspberr of all. These raspberries are much larger then the red raspberry with very little seeds. They are almost tropical tasting, melting in your mouth. Kids love them.The Golden Raspberry Plant itself is easy to grow and maintain. It is a bienial perenial, meaning they have a life span of about 7 years but they are continuously producing babies that continue the berry cycle for us.The berry plant first acquires prettly white flowers before budding into berries. The mature plants will produce berries for you in late june early july and the younger plants will be ready for harvest in september. Thus giving you months of delectable fruit in your own backyard.
