Yes, Alouette Tree Farm began as that: a Christmas tree farm. And what fun we've had! But in 2010 things began to change with the arrival of...Fresh and frozen blueberries...A pumpkin patch...A farm-gate stand...And in 2011 we expect to "grow" even more (excuse the pun)! It is our aim to start The Garden Project, an initiative to help further the environmental and agricultural education of students throughout the Lower Mainland in British Columbia. We at Alouette Tree Farm Ltd desire to use the natural resources we have available in order to partner with schools and community groups in an educational setting in order to see a shift towards sustainable living practices.We are pleased to present additional field trip opportunities to increase the educational encounters at our farm. We offer field trips for children aged 3 to grade 5 for our Christmas tree farm and pumpkin patch. Discounts are given when classes attend both the gardening workshops and an additional field trip.
