Whittamore's Farm

Whittamore's Farmis a large 220 acre fruit and vegetable farm nestled beside the Rouge River Valley in Markham. A wide variety of activities occur on our farm during the year, including a summer and fall Pick-Your-Own. Our Farm Shop is one of the largest in Ontario featuring the freshest fruits and vegetables in season. Whittamore's Fun Farm Yard is open every day and there's lots for the family to see and do. Our Pumpkinland then starts the second last weekend in September through the month of October. Our farm also hosts birthday parties and school tours. We invite you to visit us at Whittamoree's Farm to enjoy the great day out. Our2012 pick-your-own will start with the most eagerly anticipated fruit, fresh strawberries. Whether it is to make jam, pies, freeze or eat fresh from a bowl, Whittamore's strawberries are plump, juicy and delicious. Start a tradition with your family and enjoy a day in the country alongside the Rouge River Valley picking one of nature's great taste treats, fresh strawberries. Fresh raspberries, the champagne of all fruits are next to follow at Whittamore's. Picking starts in early July. Whittamore's raspberries are trellised so picking is enjoyable, fun and easy. They are affordably priced so you can easily freeze them to enjoy during the rest of the year.
