R Family Farm

Welcome to R Family Farm. We are a small family farm conveniently located in Central Ontario, just 40 minutes north of Toronto and 15 minutes south of Barrie in the Town of Innisfil. Going into our 3rd season, our farm offers u-pick/ready picked strawberries starting around mid-june followed by raspberries, as well as some u-pick vegetable varieties.Next it will be sweet corn and blackberries. We sell by the pound so you can bring your own containers or we have baskets that you may purchase.Our farm has been owned and operated by four generations of Rainey's for over 150 years. Our 95 acres has gone through various farms operations from mixed farming to dairy, rented as pasture land and cash crops.In 2009 we planted our first ever crop of strawberries as well as raspberry and blackberry canes. 2010 was exhilarating, as it was our first year opened to the public as a U-pick farm. 2011 we tried to add U-pick beans and peas and of course our sweet corn.
